About Nibbles & Spice
Nibbles & Spice was created to fulfill the need for a Durham Ontario based grocery delivery company that provided consistent five-star customer service and didn’t artificially inflate grocery prices. We currently offer store-to door- service with The Real Canadian Superstore but are planning to add more retailers before the end of Summer 2021.
Over the past 12 months I’ve completed some 1000 or so orders. I know how to shop and provide excellent service to all my customers. I consistently provide five-star service and reading customer comments always brings a smile to my face.
Many customers want to have a dedicated Shopper that they can count on. Unfortunately, none of the platforms in Canada allow for this as it doesn’t fit their business model. It was customer encouragement that helped to launch Nibbles & Spice.
Our commitment is to our customers. To provide five-star service and if we make a mistake (it’ll happen!), we’ll do our best to make it right. And also, to learn from it so it doesn’t happen again!
Think Local and Save Over $1400 A Year
The average Canadian family will spend $695 more per year on groceries in 2021. This according to a Food Price Report released by Dalhousie University, the University of Guelph, the University of Saskatchewan and the University of British Columbia. The report also focuses on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the food supply chain and Canadian consumers through 2020. An average Canadian family of four is expected to spend $13,907 on groceries in 2021.
We've studied the prices on the Instacart platform versus the Real Canadian Superstore in-store prices. On average, shopping through Instacart will increase your grocery costs by 10.3%!! So regular grocery shopping on Instacart will cost you an extra $1,432. Think local with Nibbles & Spice to keep $1,400 in your pocket!
