How does Nibbles and Spice Work?
We’re very similar to other grocery delivery companies.
- You book a delivery and send us your grocery list
- We shop and deliver
- You pay for the grocery and our service
What are the costs for your services?
We charge 22.9% or 20% of the pre-tax cost of your items. It’s 22.9% if you pay by credit card or a discounted 20% for cash and cash equivalent and is subject to a minimum of $40. You can read more here.
Do you mark-up the costs for groceries.
No, there is ZERO price mark ups. You pay the in-store price.
Is there a membership or annual fee to use your service?
What if there’s a problem with my order?
